Andrea D. Ansley has strong ties to Okaloosa and Walton County. Originally from Crestview, Andrea is the fourth generation of her father’s family raised in Okaloosa County. Andrea’s mother’s family are from Walton County. Her parents were long-time educators in Okaloosa County and believe strongly in public service. This upbringing and influence lead Andrea towards her pursuit of a law degree.
Andrea graduated from Northwest Florida State College where she served as the president of the student body. In 2000, she graduated magna cum laude from Florida State University. In 2003 she completed her law degree from Stetson University College of Law. While in law school, Andrea interned for the Honorable Elizabeth A. Kovachevich, Chief Justice for the United Stated District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
Upon entering the practice of law, Andrea served as Assistant City Attorney for the City of Destin. She has assisted numerous families in family law matters since 2003.
Andrea enjoys spending time with her husband Lance and their three children. They are proud grandparents as well.
